SIAC India Summit – International Commercial Arbitration Conference 2019
The SIAC Summit brought together honorable members of the judiciary, distinguished members of the SIAC Board of Directors and SIAC Court of Arbitration, and other eminent members of the international arbitration community to discuss the future of investor-state dispute settlement in Asia, the state of play of investment and international commercial arbitration in India and the use of institutional procedures to deal with emerging challenges in international arbitration.
