Our delay analysis has helped many stakeholders in avoiding damages on account of project delays. We have been instrumental in BOP contractors being able to get an extension of time due to typical interface issues emanating out of the power projects. One of our assignment involves complete claim management for India’s largest Nuclear Power Plant for a reputed contracting company. We have also been involved in supporting one of the largest power project developers in Orissa in assessing the delays of the contractor and their entitlement for the extension of time.
