The Consulting Engineers Association of India, based on the successful interaction and the feedback received for the seminar “Indian Contracts and Risks Time to Relook” and keeping in view the extensive infrastructure developments taking place in the country and the Asia region, has embarked upon yet another session of discussion for assessing the all important theme of Arbitration as the successor theme to know the impact of the changes brought about and just how vibrant the eco-system on arbitration, mediation and conciliation has become in India which the government recognizes is necessary for ‘ease of doing business’. At the seminar, Mr. Rohit Singhal, CEO, Masin Project Private Limited spoke on the topic “How to address cost escalation and delay issues : Managing Disputes and Conflicts”.
