International Conference on Changing Landscape of Alternative Dispute Resolution in India

The conference was organized to discuss the increasing relevance and impact of Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanisms in India. The deliberations of the Conference chiefly emphasized on Mediation in India ‐ Issues, Challenges and Opportunities; Experiences of Institutional Arbitration Globally; ADR mechanisms in multiple sectors; Arb‐Med‐Arb – fast track provisions for resolution of disputes.
The deliberations and discussions was intended to bring some practical and useful suggestions from speakers across leading arbitration jurisdictions in the world who aim to provide a global perspective to the Indian business community on important trends and practices currently prevailing in commercial arbitration. Also, Mr. Rohit Singhal, CEO, Masin Projects was one of the speaker on “Contemporary ADR Mechanism in Power, Construction, Energy, Infrastructure, Logistics”.
