Specializing in forensic planning, project planning, risk assessment and project controls. His specialty is in Managing and Monitoring projects in the area of Earned Value management and metrics. He is an expert in Developing Schedule, and Delay analyses for oil & gas, process, petrochemical, upstream/ downstream and pipeline projects and related systems. His experience includes managing and directing engineering and construction efforts, controlling project costs and schedules with effective integrated solutions, and successfully implementing practical and innovative project controls processes.
Stuart Blessing has over 20 years of experience in Dispute Analysis in Electrical & Power System. Stuart has extensive experience in the detailed design, specification, installation and commissioning of electrical engineering systems. Also an International Professional Registration Advisor and Interviewer (IPRA & PRI) for the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET). He assists and advise potential applicants with their applications for Chartered or Incorporated status and also interviews and assess candidates.
He has involved managing and leading teams of engineers and technicians in multicultural environments. His experience extends across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Industrial and Utility sectors in which he has been a leader in change management. He has been involved in conceptual, FEED and detailed design phases for onshore and offshore, downstream and upstream facilities.
Stuart has extensive experience in the detailed design, specification, installation and commissioning of electrical engineering systems. He has a wide experience, having worked in building design consultancy, power generation and the oil & gas industry. He has extensive knowledge of the CIBSE, IEC, BS EN, API, IEEE, NEC and NFPA industry guides, codes of practice and standards. During his time with Aggreko in Dubai.
